Maybe many ArchLinux users know Tupac (script)… but i’m sure there are other ones who don’t use it…

It allows (and it’s not the only option) to do an “&” search between pacman packs…

tupac [word] [word] [word] … : Search for and install packages that match all [word]

and it’s very fast!

When the search is over… we can install multiple packages only typing the numbers related to the searched ones… without writing the entire names.

It searches also in AUR and uses yaourt to handle PKGBUILDs.

There are other useful informations in the ArckWiki.

ArchLinux Installation:

1. Yaourt

yaourt -S tupac

2. Adding My repository

sudo pacman -Sy tupac
